This Senior role will have you responsible for ensuring site-specific plans and key performance indicators are adhered to in this massive operation. You will also have exposure to management relieving the Quarry Manager 1 out of every 3 weeks which sets you up for the QM’s role in the next one to two years, provided you are capable If your sights are set on senior management this is the company to work for with the experience gained propelling many engineers in the past to various Senior Management roles across WA. Pulling in excess of 40 million tonnes of ore out of the ground annually this site is one of the largest operations in WA. The right candidate will require an Unrestricted Quarry Managers Certificate, extensive drilling and blasting experience, experience in working with heavy earthmoving equipment and sound knowledge of the Mines Safety and Inspection legislation.

Key role working across production and planning departments for an Open Pit and UG Operation.

The demands will come from the setup as well as assisting in projects. The aim for the person coming into this role is for them to develop into a Senior Engineer still maintaining the production and planning focus rather than moving into either planning or production.

Your proven production experience in Drill and Blast, Load and Haul, exposure to scheduling and grade control as well as capability with Mine Software will have you working in a sociable, professional working environment.
